I wanted to pull out hot bread from the oven, at midnight. This is from starter made here in my kitchen. I have fresh starter available if you need some. The recipe is from the Tassajara Bread book. I make my bread in silence like the monks at the kitchen monastery.
Note to self…Don’t lean on rising bread by accident…
